He learned to cook by watching his family and has a passion for creating innovative dishes while staying true to tradition.

Zack discovered his passion for cooking while receiving his degree in philosophy. After graduating, he began his culinary career in Orange County before coming to LA. He has previously worked as Sous Chef at Cucina Enoteca in Newport Beach and Angler in Beverly Hills. At Kinn, he works to bring together creativity, technique, and graciousness to provide spirited hospitality to our guests. He is not afraid to admit that he’s a fan of K-pop.
Zack Cornell

I fell in love with cooking after quickly realizing how much I hated business school. 8 years later it was the best decision I've made. After working at various kitchens such as Nobu and Gucci Osteria, I've finally found a home here at Kinn where I can cook food from my own culture with a modern take. So please come by and say hello!
